All prices for the products include taxes but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be stated when ordering and will be included in the total price. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. If, by any chance we have sold out of an item that you have ordered will inform you of the circumstances as soon as possible. We can then offer you with 3 options, firstly we can back order it and we will send it to you as soon as it is in stock, secondly we could cancel your order and you will receive a full refund or lastly to change your order. 

You have the right to cancel any orders. For a full refund you have from the point in which you place your order up until your order is despatched, all costs will be refunded. Please note; our delivery policy is that we ensure to despatch your order on or before the next working day, so the period for cancelling an order can be quite short. However, if you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched, the customer may return it at their own expense; a refund will then be provided for the goods.
